GENERAL CONDITIONS
1) booking is considered concluded when the account cash arrives
2) the number of people who are supposed to stay in the aprtment must be clear at the booking
3) In case of withdrawal we keep the 50% of the account (60 days before the arrival) or the whole account (less than 60 days)
4) We could ask for surety of € 300,00; it will be given back at the moment of the departure, after a previous control of the apartment.
